Lemon Herb Chicken

1/4 cup olive oil
2 lemons (juiced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.

Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
