1 kilogram potatoes
300 grams grated cheese
400 grams mozzarella cheese
120 grams butter
300 milliliters heavy cream

Boil 1 kilogram of potatoes in salted water with some garlic until soft.

Mash the boiled potatoes using a potato masher until fine.

For a silky smooth texture, press the mashed potatoes through a sieve with a spoon.

Put the pressed potatoes on low heat to keep warm.

Add 300 milliliters of heavy cream to the warm potatoes and mix until smooth.
