Cilantro and Lime Marinated Chicken Kebabs

1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika

In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and paprika to create the marinade.

Add the chopped cilantro to the marinade and mix well.

Place the chicken cubes in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
