After about 6 minutes, add 2 ounces of cream cheese cut into chunks.

Season with 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.

Let the corn cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to melt the cream cheese.

Transfer the corn to a serving dish.
