Combine 2/3 cup (150 g) mayonnaise, juice of half a lemon, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp capers, 1/4 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp white pepper, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard in a tall cup using an immersion blender until smooth.

Prepare three shallow bowls: In the first bowl, combine 1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper, and 2 tsp salt.

In the second bowl, crack 1 egg and add 1/3 cup (80 g) milk, whisking until well combined.
