Cut pork belly into pieces for chicharrón.

Place pork belly pieces in a bowl with manteca de puerco.

Melt the manteca de puerco in a Weber grill.

Add pork belly pieces to the melted manteca and mix.

After about 10 minutes, the pork will turn white.

Continue cooking for about 35 minutes until it reaches the desired color.

To help with browning, add 3/4 cup of Coca-Cola.

Cook for a total of 45 minutes.

Transfer the chicharrón to a tray with a rack to drain excess fat.

Alternatively, place on a plate with absorbent napkins to remove excess fat.
