Heat a medium flame and place a frying pan on it.

Add 1/3 cup of oil to the pan.

Finely chop 3 medium-sized green onions and add them to the pan, frying for 2 minutes until soft.

Add 3 medium-sized potatoes (chopped) and 1/4 cup of chopped cauliflower to the pan.

Grate 1 carrot and add it to the pan with the other vegetables.

Fry all the vegetables until they are just soft.

Add spices: salt (to taste), 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder to the vegetables.

Mix the spices well with the vegetables and set them aside to cool to room temperature.

In a separate bowl, beat 5 eggs until well mixed.

Once the vegetables are cooled, add them to the beaten eggs and mix well.
