Instructions

  1. 1Wash the spinach and kale thoroughly under cold water.
  2. 2Peel and chop the beetroot, carrot, and ginger into smaller pieces.
  3. 3Core and chop the apple and banana into chunks.
  4. 4Add the spinach, kale, beetroot, carrot, apple, banana, and ginger to a blender.
  5. 5Pour in the coconut water and water to help blend the ingredients smoothly.
  6. 6Add lemon juice, chia seeds, flaxseeds, turmeric, cinnamon, and honey to the blender.
  7. 7Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  8. 8Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  9. 9Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
