Use a food processor with the slicing blade to slice the mushrooms thoroughly.

In a blender, combine 3 chopped tomatoes, small bunch of cilantro, 1/2 cup partially dried tomato, 2 stalks green onion, small piece of serrano pepper (optional), and juice of 2 limes. Blend well to make the sauce.

In a bowl, mix the sliced mushrooms with the prepared sauce until well combined.

Prepare tacos using tortillas (from a previous video).

Serve and enjoy the tacos.
