Rinse wheat berries and cook them in slightly salted water until soft, approximately one hour.
Put almonds in a bowl and cover with freshly boiled water, leaving them to soak for 30 minutes.
Peel the soaked almonds one by one, they should easily jump out of their skins.
Put peeled almonds in a stand mixer or food processor and add enough oat milk to blend easily.
Process the almonds until smooth.
Combine the almond mixture with cooked wheat berries and raisins.
Add one vanilla pod and the remaining oat milk, then stir well.
Put the soup on moderate heat and bring to a boil.
Cook gently for 10 to 15 minutes, adjusting thickness by adding extra milk or water if necessary.
Take out the vanilla pod and sweeten the soup with brown sugar to taste.
Add almond flakes to a dry pan and roast them on low heat until golden, then set aside to cool.
Top each serving with roasted almond flakes and serve.
