Grind golden flax seeds to a very fine flour consistency and set aside.
In a food processor, add 8 room temperature eggs and blend for 1 minute until pale yellow and frothy.
Pour in melted butter and pulse to blend with the eggs.
Combine heavy cream and water in a large measuring cup, stir, and pour into the food processor, pulsing to blend.
Add pecan flour to the food processor and pulse to combine.
Add whole psyllium husk, golden flax seed flour, baking powder, baking soda, coconut flour, and sweetener to the food processor, blending after each addition.
Pour in apple cider vinegar and pulse several times to combine.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (177°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a half cup scoop to portion the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each portion.
Smooth the surface of the buns with wet fingers and optionally sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of raw white sesame seeds on top of each bun.
Place the baking sheet in the middle of the preheated oven and set the timer for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the door slightly open, allowing the buns to cool slowly for about 10 minutes.
Remove the buns from the oven and place them on a cooling rack to cool to room temperature.
