Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

1 cup chopped vegetables
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cheese
1/4 cup chopped dry fruits

Wash the mini sweet peppers and remove the seeds from inside.

Ensure the peppers are dry before filling them.

Chop your choice of vegetables finely and add them to a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped green chili to the bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of ginger paste to the bowl (you can use dried ginger if fresh is not available).

Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.

Add 1 cup of cheese to the mixture and mix well again.

Fill each mini sweet pepper with the mixture using a spoon.

Optionally, top with red chili pepper if desired.

Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 20 minutes.
