Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

4 peppers
1 cup cooked white rice
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped white onion
1 can sweet corn
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
1 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Remove the stalk and seeds from 4 peppers to clean them.

Prepare the stuffing by mixing together 1 cup cooked white rice, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped white onion, 1 can sweet corn, 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice, 1 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

Once the mixture is well combined, stuff it into the cleaned peppers.

Place the stuffed peppers into a baking tray.

Pour about 1/4 cup of water into the bottom of each pepper.

Top each pepper with some cheese.

Bake in an oven at 180° C for about 30 minutes.
