Mix the flour and salt with the milk mixture.
Add 3 tablespoons of butter gradually while mixing.
Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place the loaf in a greased bread tin and cover to rise for another 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.
Bake the bread at 200°C for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180°C and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
