1 tablespoon dried rose petals
a pinch saffron strands
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 cup water
1 cup dates
1 cup lychees (canned or fresh)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cardamom pods
8 slices bread
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup pistachio flakes
1/4 cup almond flakes
1/4 cup toasted coconut
2 cups ice cream

Add sugar syrup to a pot.

Add dried rose petals, saffron strands, a pinch of nutmeg, and cardamom powder to the pot.

Boil and cook the mixture.
