Chorizo and Cheese Dutch Oven Meal

Get your pot ready.
Add a little olive oil to the pot.
Cut 4 tomatoes into circles and lay them in the bottom in double or single layer.
Place about 9 oz/250g Feta cheese on top of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle a little dry oregano on top of the Feta cheese.
Cut 12 oz/350g Chorizo into large chunks and place them on top of the Feta cheese.
Cut 2 pickled cucumbers into big chunks and place them on top of the chorizo.
Add about 9 oz/250g of your favorite yellow cheese (Havarti cheese used) on top of the chorizo and pickles.
Add one more layer of tomatoes on top.
Cut 2 sweet peppers into large chunks and put them on top of the tomatoes.
Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
Sprinkle a little dry oregano on top.
Cover with a lid.
Preheat the oven to 392°F/200°C.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and crack 4 eggs on top.
Return to the oven uncovered for 12-15 minutes.
It smells amazing!
Chop spring onions (only the green part) and fresh parsley, then mix them.
