Mix all the ingredients until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add 2 cups of green seedless grapes and 2 cups of red seedless grapes to the dressing.
Fold in 2 cups of whipped cream gently to maintain its texture.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of brown sugar with 1/2 cup of roughly chopped pecans.
Transfer the grape salad mixture to a large trifle bowl or clear serving dish.
Sprinkle the pecan and brown sugar mixture over the top of the grape salad.
Chill the grape salad in the refrigerator for a while to allow the custard to set.
