Start with 2 cups of keto flour, which is 160 grams. You can use either almond or pecan flour.

Add 2 tablespoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the flour and whisk together.

In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of water with optional ingredients like 1 tablespoon of yeast and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, or just use the water as is.

Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil to the mixture.

Next, add 1/2 cup of egg whites or 4 egg whites to the mixture.

Mix everything together until well combined to form the dough.

Scrape the dough into an 8 and 3/4 inch by 4 and 1/2 inch bread pan and smooth the top.

Score the top of the dough with three lines to allow it to rise properly during baking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 50 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
