Add milk or milk alternative into the 14 ounce power nutribull to the liquid fill line.

Add frozen mixed berries directly from the freezer up to the max fill line.

Add a scoop of homemade nut butter.

Screw on the blade assembly.

Lower the bowl onto the base and twist clockwise to lock it into place until you hear a click.

Select the bowl program on the control panel.

While the program is running, twist the power paddle counterclockwise continuously to push the ingredients down toward the blade.

When the program is complete, remove the bowl from the base by twisting counter-clockwise.

Carefully remove the blades.
