Put on an apron and ensure hands are clean.

Gather ingredients: roasted garlic, Mexican smoked paprika, black pepper, mayonnaise, nopales, Anaheim chilies, green onions, vanilla cheese, chicken, and tomatillos.

Cut chicken breast into strips.
