2 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 cup zucchini, sliced
1 cup red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.

Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Toss to coat evenly.

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
