2 Tbsp ghee
4 pieces cinnamon
1 onion
4 green chili
1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tsp garam masala
1 Tsp turmeric powder
1 Tsp coriander powder
1/2 Kg minced chicken
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 Cup coriander leaves
3 Cups water
2 Cups soaked basmati rice

Heat ghee in a pot.

Add cinnamon and chopped onion, sauté until the onion is translucent.

Stir in green chili and ginger garlic paste, cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.

Mix in chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and coriander powder, stirring well.

Add minced chicken and salt, cook until the chicken is browned.

Pour in water and bring to a boil.

Add soaked basmati rice, stir gently, and cover the pot.

Cook until the rice is done and has absorbed the water.

Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
