1/5 tsp oil
1-2 cloves garlic
2-3 tsp finely chopped onion
pinch of salt
pinch of fenugreek/methi leaves
approx 1 chef spoon of marinated mince lamb
just under 0.5 tsp mix curry powder
chilli powder (optional)
finely chopped green chillies (optional)
some fresh coriander leaves

Add oil to the pan, then add chopped garlic. Cook until golden brown.

Add onions, salt, and fenugreek leaves. Cook for about 30 seconds.

Add mince lamb and use a spoon to separate it. Cook until the mince lamb is cooked through.

Add mix curry powder and cook the spices for 30 seconds.

Add rice and fresh coriander, keep on high heat and stir for a couple of minutes until ready.
