Top with remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over the top for added crispiness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
