Creamy Dill Potatoes Recipe

Put 2 pounds of baby new potatoes in a pot, cutting larger ones in half.

Cover potatoes with cool tap water.

Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the water.

Bring to a boil, then simmer until fork tender.

Drain the potatoes.

In a separate pan, sauté a chopped onion in 3 tablespoons of butter until soft.

Season the onion with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.

Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and increase heat to medium, bringing it to a boil while stirring continuously.

Add chopped fresh dill, using a generous amount as advised.

Stir in the cooked potatoes until well coated with the dill sauce.

Transfer to a serving bowl and add more dill on top.
