In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt.
Add the activated yeast mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and slightly sticky.
Grease a bowl with oil and place the dough inside, covering it with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 2 hours until doubled in size.
Shape the dough and place it in a greased loaf pan, pressing out any air bubbles.
Cover the loaf and let it rise again until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool the bread to room temperature before slicing.
