2 lbs Nile perch fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Place the Nile perch fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grease the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.

Place the marinated Nile perch fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
