Bacon Ranch Coleslaw

Mix a bag of shredded coleslaw mix with bottled ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled cooked bacon, and cut up scallions.

If you prefer, you can shred your own cabbage and carrots instead of using a pre-packaged mix.

You can substitute regular bacon with turkey bacon if desired.

If you don't have cheddar cheese, you can use Swiss cheese or a cheese blend instead.
