Boil 1 medium broccoli floret in hot water for 1 minute, then rinse in cold water.
Pat the broccoli dry with a paper towel.
Finely chop the broccoli florets or pulse in a blender 2-3 times.
Transfer the finely chopped broccoli to a bowl.
Add 1 egg, 2 tbsp all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon parsley, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes, 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, and 0.5 teaspoon oregano to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients well and squeeze together to form a dough-like consistency.
Apply butter on hands and form the mixture into patties.
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a tawa (flat pan).
Place the patties on the tawa and shallow fry until golden brown.
Serve the broccoli fritters with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce.
