Whole Wheat Tortillas

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. warm water

Clean your cooking area.

Wash your hands.

Mix 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk, and 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder.

Add 1/4 cup vegetable oil and mix well with fingertips.

Slowly add 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. warm water to the mixture.

Mix until formed into a ball.

Lay out a clean cloth.

Divide dough into 6 medium sized balls.

Roll out each ball until round, flat, and thin.

Spray hot pan with cooking spray.

Cook each side until lightly browned.
