In a gallon size Ziploc bag, add baking powder, salt, black pepper, chicken bouillon, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, and parsley flakes to make a seasoned flour.

Fold the Ziploc bag and shake it to combine the seasonings.

Add the chicken thighs to the bag and shake well to coat them with the seasoned mixture.

Prepare a muffin pan by covering it with aluminum foil and punching holes in it.

Spray the muffin pan with non-stick spray.

Place the coated chicken thighs on top of the muffin pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Check for crispiness; the chicken should be very crunchy on the outside.
