Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes for 2-4 minutes until al dente.
Prepare a butter sauce by melting half a stick of unsalted butter and adding parsley, vegetable seasoning, and chicken seasoning.
Strain the potatoes and place them in a bowl.
Add the butter sauce to the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking dish and bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 30 minutes until the outside is crisp and the inside is tender.
