1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Add capers and the juice they came in to the blender.

Rough chop the shallot and add it to the blender.

Rough chop the parsley and add it to the blender.

Add red wine vinegar to the blender.

Put the lid on the blender and blend the mixture.
