Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Cook 1 pound of rotini pasta according to package instructions, then rinse and drain to stop the cooking process and remove excess starch.

Add homemade buttermilk ranch dressing to the rinsed pasta.

Add partially thawed frozen peas to the pasta mixture.

Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, reserving a little for topping later.

Add quartered cherry tomatoes and crispy bacon to the mixture, reserving some bacon for topping later.

Mix everything until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

If the pasta seems dry after refrigeration, add a couple tablespoons of ranch dressing or milk to loosen it up.
