Mix 3 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 2 teaspoons of rapid rise yeast in a bowl.

Add 1.5 cups of very warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a ball.

Cover the second batch with saran wrap and let it rise until it doubles in size or for about 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and place a Dutch oven inside to preheat as well.

Once the first batch has risen, place about a tablespoon of flour on a cutting board and dump the dough onto it.

Deflate the dough slightly and shape it into a loaf by folding it over a couple of times without kneading.

Fold the edges under to the bottom side and place the shaped dough on parchment paper.

Carefully place the dough into the preheated Dutch oven, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 12 minutes.

Let the bread cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
