Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. 2Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3Cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.
  4. 4In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Instructions
