Return the kielbasa to the skillet, mixing well with the cabbage.
Add cooked pierogi to the skillet, gently folding them in.
Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and chopped parsley before serving.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
