1

Take 2 cups of wheat flour and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

2

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder to the flour mixture.

3

Mix in 1 tablespoon of ghee and combine all ingredients well.

4

Gradually add water to knead the dough until it is smooth, similar to making roti.

5

Let the dough rest for about 30 to 45 minutes.

6

Heat a pan and add mustard oil (or refined oil).

7

Chop 2 medium-sized onions finely and add them to the hot oil.

8

Fry the onions until they turn light golden brown.

9

Add approximately 250 grams of ground beef to the pan and mix well.

10

Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and 1 tablespoon of salt to the beef mixture.

11

Cover the pan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until the beef is cooked through.

12

After 10 to 15 minutes, increase the heat to high and fry the beef until it is dry.

13

Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of green chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce to the beef.

14

Mix well and cook on low flame until the mixture is well combined.

15

If the mixture is too dry, add a little water and cook on low flame for another 10 minutes.

16

Once the beef is dry, add 1 finely chopped large carrot and 1 finely chopped large bell pepper to the mixture.

17

Stir-fry the vegetables on high flame for a short time, ensuring they remain crisp.

18

Turn off the heat and let the beef mixture cool down.

19

Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup to the cooled beef mixture and mix well.

20

Knead the rested dough again and divide it into small portions to make rotis.

21

Roll out the dough into normal-sized rotis, not too thick or thin.

22

Heat a tava (griddle) and cook the rotis on both sides until they are cooked through.

23

Once all the rotis are cooked, assemble the tacos by placing one roti down.

24

Add 2 to 2.5 tablespoons of the beef filling on top of the roti.

25

Place a few slices of tomato and some thinly sliced cabbage on top of the filling.

26

Add cheese of your choice on top of the filling.

27

Fold the roti over the filling and apply some ghee on the tava.

28

Cook the folded taco on medium flame, flipping it to ensure both sides are crispy.

29

Continue to cook until all tacos are ready, ensuring they do not burn.

30

Serve the tacos with tomato sauce or green chutney.
