Mix 3 cups of flour, 2 tbsp of yeast, and 1 and 1/4 teaspoons of salt in a large bowl.

Add 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water and mix with a wooden spatula.

Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest in a warm cupboard for about 1 hour.

After an hour, flour your hands and remove the dough from the bowl.

Place some flour on the tabletop and fold the dough over a few times.

Preheat the oven with the pan inside for 30 minutes.

Transfer the dough to the hot pan, making cuts on top.

Cover the pan with a lid and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.

Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.

Take the bread out and let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
