Add 3 glasses of water and cornflour to a pan and mix well.

Clean 8 cloves of garlic and set aside, along with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

In a jar, add the cooled base mixture, 8 cloves of garlic, and half a cup of milk, and blend to form a garlic paste.

After the garlic paste is formed, add the remaining milk and blend again until mixed.

With the machine running, slowly drizzle in 1 cup of corn oil until fully incorporated and the sauce thickens.

Adjust the sauce as per your requirement and add salt to taste and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice at the end to avoid milk curdling.
