These sliders are a modern twist, perfect for gatherings or casual dinners, showcasing the schnitzel's versatility and appeal.

Prepare the stuffing by mixing the ground beef (Rinderhack) with salt, pepper, paprika, chiliflocken, black pepper, majoran, and thyme.
Stuff the chicken with the prepared mixture, along with bacon strips, salami slices, tomatoes, jalapeños, and edamer cheese.
Truss the chicken using kitchen twine (Bratengarn) to secure the stuffing inside.
Drizzle the outside of the chicken with olive oil and season with salt.
Place the stuffed chicken in aluminum trays (Aluschalen) and grill it for about 2 hours at 180 °C.
