Drain the two cans of shoe peg corn.

Drain the small jar of pimentos.

Chop 1/2 cup of green bell pepper.

Chop 2 stalks of celery.

Chop 1/2 cup of green onions.

Mix the corn, pimentos, green bell pepper, green onions, and celery together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp brand fancy Steakhouse seasoning.

Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir it up.

Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
