Wash collard greens in a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water for about five minutes, then rinse.
Prepare smoked turkey wings (two wing parts) for cooking.
Place the rinsed turkey wings in a slow cooker with chopped onions and peppers.
Add enough water to cover the turkey wings and cook on low for about two hours to give them a head start.
After two hours, stir the mixture and add garlic paste (about two tablespoons) and two bay leaves.
Stuff the collard greens into the slow cooker, mixing them in with the turkey and other ingredients.
Season the mixture with spicy seasoning (about one tablespoon), chicken bouillon powder (one tablespoon), two tablespoons of hot sauce, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and half a teaspoon of black pepper.
Mix everything well and continue cooking until the turkey is tender, checking after another hour.
After cooking, remove the turkey wings and shred the meat, leaving the onions and juices in the slow cooker with the collard greens.
Serve the collard greens alongside the shredded turkey and any other sides prepared.
