Add 2 eggs to a saucepan and fill with water to about 1.25 cm above the eggs.

Bring to a boil, cover, and turn off heat, letting sit for 10-11 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.

Cut 4 slices from a baguette, each 1.25 cm thick, and cut into small squares for croutons.

Add bread pieces to the hot fry pan, mixing occasionally until golden fried, about 4-5 minutes, then set aside.

Add another 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to the same pan, then add 2 slices of baguette, garlic cloves, and blanched almonds.

Add the fried ingredients into a tall plastic cylinder with 120 ml of water, sea salt, and black pepper, and blend until smooth.
