Instructions
- 1Peel and chop ginger and turmeric into small pieces.
- 2Juice the lemon and set aside.
- 3Combine ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar in a blender.
- 4Add honey and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the blender.
- 5Pour in water to help blend the ingredients smoothly.
- 6Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- 7Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl or pitcher.
- 8Discard the pulp left in the sieve.
- 9Pour the liquid into shot glasses or small containers for serving.
- 10Garnish with a sprinkle of black pepper on top.

- ●2 tablespoons miso paste
- ●1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ●1/2 teaspoon salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- ●1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- 2Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4Add chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
- 5Using an immersion blender, blend the chowder until smooth. Alternatively, transfer to a blender in batches and blend until smooth.
- 6Stir in coconut milk, miso paste, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Heat through for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 8Serve hot, garnished with chopped chives.
