Instructions

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
