Boil 6 eggs for 12 minutes with 1 teaspoon of salt in the water.
After boiling, drain the water and add cold water to cover the eggs.
Boil 1.5 kg of potatoes for 25-30 minutes, ensuring they are covered with water.
Check if the potatoes are cooked using a toothpick.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into pieces.

Slice 7 pickled cucumbers.
For the mayonnaise, combine 250 ml of sunflower oil, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt, and 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and mix from the bottom up until the desired texture is achieved.
In a bowl, add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mixing to taste.
Finely chop 3-4 onions and add them to the mixture.
In a pot, heat 3-4 tablespoons of sunflower oil and add the chopped onion, frying for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Add 2 cubed carrots to the pot and stir.
Pour in 4 liters of water and add 2 finely chopped peppers, 0.5 cubed parsnip, and 0.25 diced celery.
Add 1.5 kg of cubed potatoes to the pot along with ground pepper and salt to taste, and 2 bay leaves.
Mix everything and let it boil for 35 minutes.
After 20 minutes, add 300 ml of tomato juice to the pot.
At the end, sour the mixture with borscht or lemon juice.
Add 50 g of noodles and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
Finally, add a bunch of finely chopped parsley to the pot.
