In a pot put the 5 cups of water, and add the 2 plantains, add the cinnamon stick, and 2 tbs of sugar, cook over medium heat, cover with a lid and let it boil.

In a pot pour 1 cup of milk, 3 tbs of sugar, and a cinnamon stick, with the other half of milk, dissolve the 3 tbs of corn starch and combine it with the milk in the pot, start to cook over medium heat and stir constantly until boiling.

Peel the cooked plantain and start to smash it, wait until the plantain is warm, now take a little ball in your hand, make a circle and put the milk in the center or fried beans, close it and make a rombo shape, now you can put the EMPANADA in the hot oil, do the same step with the remaining mixture.
