1 teaspoon chili powder

Clean the chicken and pat it dry.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the chicken.

Heat a medium-sized frying pan on high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.

Once the oil is hot, place the chicken in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
