For the batter, use leftover biscuit mix, about 1.5 cups.
Add half a teaspoon of granulated garlic to the biscuit mix.
Incorporate 2 tablespoons of cornmeal for added crunch.
Stir the mixture and add chicken broth gradually to achieve a thick batter, about 3/4 cup total.
Mix in 1 egg and 1.5 tablespoons of melted butter into the batter.
Wash and trim the ends of the green beans, using smaller ones for this recipe.
Once the batter is ready, coat the green beans in it, shaking off excess.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Drop the coated green beans into the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the skillet.
Fry the green beans for a couple of minutes until they are crispy and golden, checking occasionally to prevent sticking.
Remove the fried green beans and place them on a draining surface.
Continue frying the remaining green beans in batches until all are cooked.
Taste the fried green beans and enjoy them with your favorite seasoning, such as ranch seasoning.
