Start by making the chipotle sauce in a blender.

Add 4 roma tomatoes, 1/4 small white onion, 2 garlic cloves, chicken bouillon, tomato bouillon, cumin, and the whole can of chipotle peppers to the blender.

Add 3 cups of water to the blender and blend until smooth.

Set the chipotle sauce aside.

Clean the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry.

Create two slits in each chicken drumstick.

Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.

Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.

Once the pan is hot, add the chicken and sear until nice and brown, flipping to brown all sides.
